Sports Day - Friday 20th June
Y3/4 Morning and Y5/6 Afternoon
We look forward to welcoming families to our Sports Day on Friday 20th June. Details are as follows:
For Year 3 and 4
9.15am – Parents to arrive. Please head directly to the field via the gates on the main drive. We will not be able to allow parents through the main reception as classes will be accessing the field via the school playground.
9.30am – Y3 and Y4 Events
11.30 am - Finish
For all children
12.00 – 1.00 pm – Family lunch on field. All families are invited to bring a picnic and have lunch with their children – please see below details regarding lunches. During lunch time we hope to have some sports club providers situated on the playground. Please visit them if you are interested in finding out about the clubs they offer.
For Year 5 and 6
1.15 pm – Y5 and Y6 Events
3.15 pm - Finish
Lunch
Please bring your own picnic to eat with your child. Packed lunch will be the only option to order on this day. Children will need to be provided with a packed lunch from home or order a packed lunch on the Pantry website. Please remember we are a nut free school and no sweets, chocolate or fizzy drink.
Tea/Coffee and refreshments will be available to purchase from PTFA. Cash and card accepted.
Please ensure children come in PE kit with hats, suncream and plenty of water. There is limited shade on the field. Please feel free to bring blankets/chairs.
Please do not call the school office, we will contact parents if we need to cancel due to weather.
